We had a terrific Halloween Weekend. I  daresay in olden days it t’weren’t so much fun what with lashings of church and the icy hand of fear clutching at your heart until the whole damn-ed things was over. We had decorations up which attracted a woeful bunch of trick or treaters. Sample: 3 lads in hoodies pulling the hoods down over their (I assume) acned faces while hopping from foot to foot going – oooh oooh oooh. Pathetic. I can do better than that when waiting for the lavvy… Still it’s apparent there’s no depths to which people will not plummet to get a couple of blackjacks…
